• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
